@rite2ace What do you think is the reason why indian teams don't invest in good coach. Currentlyt. We have the biggest advantage of comfort with english language which is helpful to import good eu/na coach.
My dream is to see 5 Indians coached by coaches like frost.

Imagine being a kr team and you see jpn having same slot as you. Jpn is like one of the weakest in entire Pacific. This is blatant babysitting from fraudfaria

@GodspeedxD I feel like Pacific in general lack good quality coaching staff at t2 level. We indians fortunately had a advantage as we are comfortable with eng, better rather go for rebuild around players.

But without any guidance from gr8 coaching staff we can never expect indian players to perform well. Unfortunately most of the vclsa orgs made rosters around players instead of coaches.

@GodspeedxD The way things are looking like. I don't think we will even have proper teams playing opens. Was a bit excited about indian region this year because of presence of talent. But without any proper guidance from gr8 coaches, i don't see anything happening at all:)
