Politicians do say such things wrongly, but this mentality isn’t limited to politicians—there are people in India who think this way too, and in some situations, their concerns may have a point. Indian women should stay connected to their culture rather than blindly following Western lifestyles. Being independent is good, but how you choose to be independent also matters.

As for those who commit such heinous crimes, there should be the strictest possible punishment under the law. Justice must be swift and certain, while still following due process.

To improve Bihar, the first step is to change the mindset of society. As long as casteism continues to influence people’s thinking, real progress will remain difficult. That is why education is so important, along with strict and impartial law enforcement. Whoever the culprit is, there should be swift action within 72 hours arrest, investigation and prosecution under the law so that a clear message goes across Bihar that crime will not be tolerated. The condition of the Khanpur–Mehrauli–Badarpur Road is pathetic. Stones have been placed right in the middle of the road, creating a serious safety hazard. Metro work has been going on for nearly four years and is still not complete, while traffic congestion remains a daily nightmare.

When the CM visits, the entire traffic route suddenly gets cleared—so why can’t the same effort be made for ordinary citizens? Are middle-class people supposed to suffer like this every day?

Ever since the BJP government came to power in Delhi, the water supply situation has become worse. I live in Devli, Raju Park, where water is now being supplied only once every two days, and there is no fixed timing for the supply.

The residents of this colony are extremely frustrated. We have to plan our entire day around an uncertain water supply. When we call the Delhi Jal Board, nobody answers the calls. It seems that because these are government jobs, there is little accountability or fear of action.

This cannot continue indefinitely. If the issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to file a formal complaint/FIR against the concerned authorities and, if required, approach the Delhi High Court to seek a permanent solution for the residents.

Devli is largely an unauthorised colony, but whenever elections approach, politicians and leaders suddenly remember this area and come here seeking votes. After the elections, however, basic issues like water supply are forgotten.

We are not asking for favours. We are asking for our basic right to a regular and reliable water supply.

I fully support Blinkit’s initiative to provide ambulance services for those in need. In emergencies, every second matters, and such life saving services can make a real difference.

Thank you so much, Hon’ble CM, for taking action and suspending the engineers. But delhi people should also know that during suspension, engineers or MCD people generally continue to receive subsistence allowance—around 50% initially, which may increase to 75% if the suspension continues beyond 3 months, as per applicable rules.

The bigger question is why suspension and not dismissal from service if serious wrongdoing is established?

There are many colonies where 5-storey buildings have been constructed through unauthorised construction, allegedly due to MCD negligence and corruption like Devli, Sangam Vihar, Tughalakabad Gaon, Madangir, Neb Sarai, Jamia & many more.

You may be sleeping peacefully at home tonight, but think about the parents who have lost their children.

Suspension is not enough there must be strict accountability and action against those responsible.

Train (22422) has been standing for 45+ minutes before Rewari with no clear update. I have another train from NDLS at 11 PM. Why is there no accountability? Please let us know when the train will start moving or any VIP train is passing for that common people train has been stopped ? How do seats sell out within 1 minute, even 3 months before festive seasons? Tatkal has no availability, while PT Quota fares jump 4–5X. Railways keep building new stations, but who cares if passengers can’t get seats? Catch one racket, make headlines, and a week later, it’s business as usual.

Train No. 12393 has been standing near Sahibabad for over 30 minutes. Is anyone accountable for this? Thousands of passengers depend on punctual trains. Some have connecting trains, some need to reach the office, and others have flights to catch. Such unexplained delays cause stress, financial loss, and inconvenience. Passengers deserve timely updates, transparency, and accountability. Road digging work is being carried out in our area (Raju Park, Deoli Khanpur) without any prior notice to residents. This has severely affected movement and access. In case of a medical emergency, ambulance vehicles may not be able to reach the area on time.Request the authorities to provide alternate routes, and ensure public safety during such works.Please address this issue urgently @BJP4Delhi @CMODelhi @LtGovDelhi @DelhiGovDigital @MCD_Delhi
