This is not a logistics issue anymore; it’s misleading customers and wasting their time.

yet no delivery executive contacted me and no delivery attempt was made.Shockingly, the status was later changed to “Delivery Unsuccessful due to an unexpected issue.” How can a delivery fail when nobody even tried to deliver it?
This is unacceptable service and a false delivery.
