Please refer to this news in order to use oxygen cylinders on usage basis. That is, we can seperate patients depending on oxygen usage required for them. This Khandwa model is now in the news and central govt has asked to use it

In order to use oxygen cylinders, you can opt MP's Khandwa model where they have seperated patients depending upon the usage. Please refer to the video. Hope this helps.
