ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಯುವಕರ ದಿನದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ನವದೆಹಲಿಯ ದೆಹಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಾದ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಕ್ಷಣಗಳು ಮನಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಅಪಾರ ಸಂತೋಷ ನೀಡಿದವು.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಿಂದ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಕಿಲೋಮೀಟರ್ ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರೂ, ಈ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ಕಲಿಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ನಮ್ಮ ನಾಡಿನ ತಾಯ್ನುಡಿ, ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಜೀವಂತವಾಗಿರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ದೆಹಲಿಯ ನೆಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡದ ಕಂಪು ಪಸರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ನಿಜಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ಸಂಗತಿ.

ನಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಯಾವ ಮೂಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರೂ, ಎಷ್ಟೇ ಎತ್ತರಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆಳೆದರೂ, ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷೆ, ತಮ್ಮ ನೆಲ, ತಮ್ಮ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ಬೇರುಗಳನ್ನು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಮರೆಯದಿರಲಿ.

ಕನ್ನಡದ ಈ ಕೊಂಡಿಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗೂ ಕೊಂಡೊಯ್ಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ದೆಹಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆಗಳು.

ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ರಾಜಧಾನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊಳಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಈ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಂದಮ್ಮಗಳ ಕಲರವ, ಕನ್ನಡದ ಕಂಪನ್ನು ದೇಶದ ಮೂಲೆಮೂಲೆಗೂ ಪಸರಿಸಲಿ; ಕನ್ನಡದ ಕೀರ್ತಿ ವಿಶ್ವದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಮೊಳಗಲಿ.

“ಎಲ್ಲಾದರೂ ಇರು, ಎಂತಾದರೂ ಇರು,
ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ನೀ ಕನ್ನಡವಾಗಿರು…”
ಎಂಬ ಕವಿವಾಣಿ ಈ ಕಂದಮ್ಮಗಳ ಬದುಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸದಾ ಸಾಕಾರವಾಗಲಿ.

Along with fellow MPs from Karnataka, we today urged Leader of Opposition Shri Rahul Gandhi at Parliament House to allow the House to function and ensure that the concerns of the people are discussed on the floor of Parliament.

The people expect answers, debates and solutions - not repeated disruptions.

Parliament is the highest democratic forum of our nation. There can and must be strong disagreement, protest and debate, but disrupting proceedings denies the people their right to have their issues heard.

As the Leader of Opposition, Shri Rahul Gandhi has a greater responsibility to ensure that Parliament functions in the larger interest of the nation.

The people elected us to Parliament not to create noise, but to raise their voice.

Let Parliament function. Let issues be debated. Let the people’s concerns be heard. 🇮🇳
