@renault_uk No one at Renault seems to take responsibility for anything - including simply, professionally dealing with our case. Won't call back with updates, won't provide a name so a complaint can be made. How bad can you get! Much more I suspect.
@renault_uk I say "believes", because despite performing all of your diagnostic checks, the precise cause of the problem cannot be identified. Only cost me £600 so far. The car is only 6 years old - not old!
@renault_uk 6 Weeks without a car, constantly having to call your customer contact centre, rather than them being proactive and calling us! Apparently Renault are unwilling to help with our issue, which your authorised dealer believes to be a requirement to replace the timing chain.
