Listen to Where’s There’s Smoke: A Sex Offender with a Badge, from University of South Carolina journalists. It’s about officials’ handling of sex crime allegations against a school resource officer.

Great question by ABC chief news correspondent Mary Bruce. Trump should be ashamed for attempting to ridicule a journalist for asking a fair question. This comes days after Trump called another journalist’s question “insubordinate.” You’re not our boss.

Wow! Amazing catch from USC’s softball player @eavinson3 to steal a homerun from Clemson. This Gamecocks softball team is elite. I’m calling a World Series win right now.
I just read the @AP amended complaint against White House officials asking a U.S. District Court to stop the WH's un-American decision to block the AP from the Oval Office, etc. The courts have an easy decision. And follow star journalist @aedurkinricher. https://t.co/XM4haYJAI2
This will be in journalism history books. Hopefully, the irony won’t get lost. The White House was trying to look extra AMERICAN with the “Gulf of America” name — but then did the most un-American thing: violating the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
The @AP just filed a lawsuit against Trump officials in what will be the easiest lawsuit victory in modern times for unconstitutionally blocking a news outlet from government access based on a news outlet’s editorial decision. This will be an easy win.

This is not an argument for calling it the “Gulf of Mexico” or the “Gulf of America.” This is an argument against North Korean-style governance in which news organizations are denied access to government officials or taxpayer property for declining to be government puppets.
It’s un-American to bar the AP from accessing Trump events because the outlet isn’t using language preferred by the White House. That’s now how journalism works in America. This is Big Government at its worst and anti-democracy. @AP@realDonaldTrump

THIS is actually Un-American:
The White House said … news organizations that refuse to use President Donald Trump’s new name for the Gulf of Mexico were telling “lies” and insisted it would continue to bar (AP) journalists from presidential events.

Two journalists let the White House provide interview questions for President Biden. It's humiliating and undemocratic for Biden's team to pull that. And it's pathetic that two "journalists” did it. This is a humiliating moment in journalism history. https://t.co/nmUw5Bf49w
If you or anyone you know drinks stuff sometimes … you have to read this story. It’s a remarkable investigative journalism project by a wildly talented student-journalist who I worked with at the University of South Carolina. There are things on shelves you must know about.
@Riley_Gaines_ You are so right. There’s no gray territory here; this is objectively disgusting and anti-Christian. Journalists have an obligation to hold the Dodgers accountable, in a very serious way, for inviting a group that they knew would mock Christianity.
Imagine the response if this mockery was performed surrounding any other religion. Instead they're being honored as "community heroes".
Open your eyes to the systemic break down of faith, family, and freedoms and what that's meant for past civilizations. It's not pretty.
Look at how much debt the U.S. government accumulated in 20 years. Crisis-level inflation should surprise no one. But it is surprising how little society has focused on government spending. Much of that falls on some journalists’ shoulders. I hope all of us see that now.
When a candidate speaks of plans to “reform the media,” journalists must ask pointed questions about what that means and what authority government has to reform media. This is not a criticism or endorsement, but a clear statement: This deserves serious follow-up questions.
Kari Lake to reporter:
"I’m going to do two terms. I’m going to be your worst frickin' nightmare for eight years, and we will reform the media as well. We are going to make you guys into journalists again. So, get ready. It’s going to be a fun eight years."
