I saw these on display at @DelLagoAcademy while my incoming freshman was getting acquainted with the school and other incoming freshman. I am so impressed with the artistic skills of these students and love the interdisciplinary nature of using art in science class.

My daughter's 5th grade science teacher told me at dropoff this morning that she got chicken eggs for the class. She's never hatched chicks before and is excited to share the experience with the class. Our teachers at @QuantumEUSD are passionate educators. ❤️❤️❤️

On Friday before Thanksgiving break, I had the honor of volunteering in the @DelDiosAcademy library, helping librarian G Trupp. We relabeled all the Star Wars books to be grouped together instead of by author. And I learned a lot about the role of a MS librarian!

My daughter's 5th grade class from @QuantumEUSD enjoyed a visit to the San Elijo Lagoon where they observed native plants and animals and learned about their ecosystem. It was my first time on this field trip and I highly recommend it!
