Primary teachers of WB r recruited as per ncte norms (HS+D.el.ed) but getting salary of MP scale (PB 2: 5400-25200,GP 2600). We want PRT scale of (9300-34800,GP 4200).

Despite upgradation of eligibility criteria set by ncte, we the primary teacher of West Bengal are still deprived from PRT scale. It's a matter of our professional dignity.

Bengal Govt. recruited primary teachers on the basis of 10+2 pass with 2 year D.el.ed course, but govt. Pay a scale of clerk(basic:5400-25200, GP 2600). Where as other state giving their teachers (basic:9300-34800, GP 4200). We want justice.
