They have been only delivering false hopes of "vehicle would be delivered shortly" & "e-mails being sent to highest authorities". Even two complaints have been made to Toyota customer care, but the complaints have not even been registered. VERY VERY POOR SHOW....TOYOTA....

@Toyota_India This is the bring to your notice the sheer inefficiency of dealership Trust Toyota, Chakrata Road, Near Ashirwad Petrol Pump, Ballupur Chowk, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001 in delivery of car booked with them.

I had booked Toyota Rumion (Order Booking ID : ORD251000197 dated 10 Apr 2025). Finance for this particular vehicle was also processed through Toyota Financial Services and the loan amt was disbursed to dealership on 30 Apr 2025.

At the time of booking, it was promised by the dealership that the vehicle would be delivered in next 15-20 days, believing which I sold my old vehicle. Now once the Toyota Rumion has been booked & finances settled, the dealership has not been able to deliver the car till date.
