@zeptocares I got a call, and that lady said we cannot do anything. Please be informed that if i do not get refund, i shall be forced to make official complaint in police, FSSAI and NCH. Also that lady was rude, she disconnected the call.

@fssaiindia i have received tampered product from @zeptocares and they have denied my request. Requesting FSSAI to check their warehouse in Mumbai-89 as this is my second instance of receiving damaged goods. Not sure if mice/mouse are part of it.
