We want the price of plain petrol, to come down to Rs 90 per litre, there should be 20 pc discount on E20, it should be sold at Rs 78 per litre. We want all the documents related to E20 policy to be made public. Also, the vehicles which ran into problems with E20, find a solution for them."

It was only yesterday that it was proven how hollow and false the Prime Minister's assurances are. In 2024, the NEET paper was leaked. At that time, he said that a man named Sanjeev Mukhia was the mastermind. The government arrested him. Within three months of his arrest, the government granted him bail. He was released from jail, and a case was filed against him. You may not believe it, but at 1: 30 PM, PTI reported that the CBI told the court that Sanjeev Mukhia is innocent. The CBI said there was no evidence against Sanjeev Mukhia and that he should be released. So, if Sanjeev Mukhia is not the mastermind according to the CBI, then who is the mastermind? …If you are going to release the alleged masterminds of the paper leak mafia, if you do not collect evidence, if you do not investigate, if you seek their bail, and if you secure their release from jail, then what will these fast-track courts accomplish?”

STOP THE ATTACKS ON GROUND REPORTERS

We stand with the cause. We are only showing what is happening on the ground. You may disagree with the media, but attacking journalists is never acceptable.

Holding photos of Gandhi and Ambedkar while calling it a peaceful protest, yet assaulting, heckling, and obstructing reporters from doing their job is sheer hypocrisy.

The actions of a section of the crowd are tarnishing the entire movement.

@Cockroachisback, @CJP_2029, @abhijeet_dipke , @SauravDassss and @AshutoshRanka - please speak up against the attacks on ground reporters.

You cannot call it a peaceful protest if journalists are being targeted.

It was a tough day for every ground reporter who was out there to cover Cockroach Janta Party’s Sansad March.

Many of us were abused, heckled, pushed and intimidated for doing nothing more than reporting what was happening. More power to every journalist who stayed on the ground and continued doing their job despite it all. Please keep going.

This is not to undermine or demean any movement or the cause behind it.

It’s simply a reminder that when a section of a crowd resorts to violence or intimidation, the focus inevitably shifts. The conversation stops being about the cause and starts being about the chaos.

And in that moment, it’s the movement itself that pays the price.

You don’t have to talk to us. You don’t have to like us. You don’t even have to agree with our reporting.

But you cannot stop us from doing our job.

Ground reporters don’t create the news. We report it. And no amount of intimidation will change that.

🚨#ImportantAnnouncement: @AshutoshRanka and I have been at J.P. Nadda’s residence since 12 noon. The demands have been conveyed, including immediate resignation/sacking of Dharmendra Pradhan.

The Minister assured us he will discuss this at the appropriate level. However, no commitments have been made so far. The peaceful protesters will not rest until the demand is met!
