@ACTFibernet your team collects my router on 1st july 23 and then when I call thrice or more than that to the helpline number for my refund they state the technical team has not closed the router ticket! Means Wow! So they do not process my refund. Ticket: SR11768264692290
@ACTFibernet you guys take away the router and do not close the relevant tickets. And this results in not refunding the amount back to customer. Wow what a revenue making algorithm!

@JioCare 2/2 been picked up! The issued has been escalated and it also has crossed the timeline.. wow what an escalation!! The team replies to my email every time with a new date to respond or they will auto close the ticket without resolution! What a service!
