Key Countermeasures in Motion:

•📦 Made-to-Order Sales: Shifting toward print-on-demand structures to directly fulfill genuine fan demand and eliminate artificial scarcity.

•🤝 Marketplace Partnerships: Establishing tighter agreements with major e-commerce and secondary marketplace platforms to curb predatory reselling.

•🛡️ Enhanced Identity Verification: Implementing stricter security frameworks, including the adoption of My Number Card authentication in Japan to lock down individual accounts.
