đŹ| Nikki Glaser gushed about being unexpectedly invited to Taylor Swiftâs wedding:
âI want to say that I went to a wedding at Madison Square Garden three months ago, I just want to talk about it a little bit. Allegedly â I actually canât say that I was there legally or else a sniper dot will appear on my forehead. I am a huge Swiftie, probably the biggest Swiftie that was at that event. If youâre a Swiftie, youâll understand, I got the text inviting me to the wedding. I never thought in a million years Iâd get invited. I donât even know them, but I got invited, and Iâm shaking as Iâm opening [the message]. Iâm like, âOh my God, I want to tell everyone that I know.â I didnât tell anyone, obviously, I was too scared to, so, I go to the wedding. I am in there for 12 hours, and none of my family or friends know where I am. Iâm off the grid for 12 hours. Theyâre texting me, my locationâs off. They all thought I killed myself because I wasnât invited. I was actually inside, and I had nothing to show for it because I had to turn in my phone. It was so wild, it was interesting because some of these celebrities were alone, and these people are never alone. Like, some [allegedly] didnât get plus-ones, and they just had to go to this event alone. And, because they always have a publicist or assistant, or a blood boy; thereâs always someone with these people. But, like, J. Lo was alone. I kind of know J .Lo, so I was like, âHey!â And she was like, âOh my God, Nikki,â and she threw her coat at me, I was just kind of carrying her things around ⌠but we went to the bathroom together. We were, like, pals all night. I got really close to stealing something from it because I was, like, âI want one cool artifact from this,â it was late in the night. Everyoneâs kind of drunk, dancing on the dance floor. And Iâm back by the cake, vaping⌠I look up at the cake and on the top tier, where the two little cake toppers are, itâs just Travis I reach up, I get it. Iâm two seconds from putting it in my purse. Itâs almost in there, and then I hear Tom Cruise be like, âPut me down!ââ she quipped of Cruiseâs height. âIâm, like, âOh my, God!ââ

Iâm a mother. I had severe postpartum OCD and anxiety. I know what it feels like to be terrified by your own brain after having a baby. I got through it because I had an incredibly supportive husband and a doctor who regularly called and texted to make sure I was okay.
Lindsay Clancy was asking for help too. In the four months before her children died, she was prescribed 13 different psychiatric medications by multiple providers, more than 30 prescriptions total.
Before you reduce this case to âevil mother,â ask why a postpartum woman could repeatedly seek psychiatric help, take that many medications, become increasingly unwell, and still end up at home in that condition.
And this is part of a much bigger problem. Our system is very good at writing prescriptions and much worse at actually supporting women postpartum. There is far more money in medication than there is in months of therapy, sleep support, home help, frequent follow-up, and someone actually looking at the whole person.
That does not mean psychiatric medication is bad. It saves lives. But if a woman is given 13 different medications in four months and is still deteriorating, âshe was being treatedâ should not end the conversation. It should start a much harder one about why she was getting worse while everyone kept changing the prescription.
Postpartum psychosis is super rare, roughly 1â2 per 1,000 births, but it can involve hallucinations, delusions, and a complete break from reality.
You can grieve those children, hold the horror of what happened, and still recognize that this woman appears to have been failed long before that night.
If your only takeaway is hatred for the mother, youâre ignoring the part of this tragedy that could actually prevent the next one.
i think everyone should have to read at least 3 research articles on postpartum psychosis/depression/anxiety before forming an opinion either way on the lindsay clancy trial
@perfectlyfine89 Jesus what the fuck dudeđ the fact these freaks are so comfortable admitting they think womenâs punishment for any offense should be sexual assault is fucking insane.
And I bet he doesnât call for men to be raped when theyâre found guilty of that, theyâre sex crazed freaks
And thatâs on actually working for and with lawyers, one of the best in north east Texas, a family of lawyers and paralegals from Texas and California. Lmk when you graduate from THE University of Texas Law school with a 110% in your classes beloved. U should reconsider ur career
And this is why your dad should have had you crusting over in a dusty crusty sock. Tell me you know nothing about the legal process and are a male centered freak without telling me:
Tell me you donât actually value mothers and their children/ their healthcare without telling me
