URGENT HELP REQUEST

I have a pending traffic challan in Purnia, Bihar and I want to pay the ₹1,000 penalty ONLINE, but the online payment option is not working.

When I try to pay, the portal shows:

Kindly look into this issue urgently and ENABLE/ACTIVATE the online payment facility for this challan so that I can pay the amount online without further delay.

If any document submitted is considered invalid or insufficient, please clearly specify the exact document, the exact reason for rejection, and the officially accepted alternative document that I should submit.

I request Protean to have these applications reviewed by the concerned senior PAN team, verify the documents already submitted, and resolve the pending objections at the earliest.

I am extremely concerned about the prolonged delay in processing my PAN applications. The required documents have already been submitted, and I have also provided the documents/clarifications requested from my side.

Mera naam Somnath hai. Mere naam par Bharatgas LPG connection Rajasthan mein registered hai. Main ab permanently Purnia district, Bihar mein shift ho chuka hoon aur apna existing Bharatgas connection Bihar mein transfer karwana chahta hoon.

Mere dono original LPG cylinders aur regulator mere paas hi hain. Maine cylinders Rajasthan se Bihar shift kar liye hain. Main kisi naye connection ke liye apply nahi kar raha hoon, balki apne existing connection ko Bihar mein transfer karwana chahta hoon.

Main lagbhag 3 saal se Bihar mein reh raha hoon. Rajasthan jaakar purane distributor ke paas process complete karna mere liye bahut mushkil hai, kyunki Rajasthan aane-jaane mein lagbhag ₹20,000–₹30,000 ka kharcha ho sakta hai.

Isliye meri request hai ki mere existing Bharatgas connection ko Rajasthan se Bihar ke Purnia district mein, Dhamdaha Shiv Gas Agency ke under distributor transfer karne mein madad karein.

Mere paas Aadhaar/ID proof, Bihar ka current address proof, registered mobile number, dono cylinders, regulator aur connection se sambandhit documents/details available hain. Main Bihar mein rehkar required verification aur documents submit karne ke liye taiyar hoon.

Kripya meri service request/complaint register karke mujhe complaint/reference number dein aur batayein ki Rajasthan physically jaaye bina online/central system ke through distributor transfer kaise complete hoga.

Agar purane Rajasthan distributor ki taraf se koi TTV/CTA ya anya document/approval required hai, to kripya uski exact process bhi batayein aur kya ise online/remote process se complete kiya ja sakta hai, ye clarify karein.

I have also contacted Protean and Income Tax Department through email regarding this matter. Despite this, I have not received any clear response regarding the actual verification of my documents.
My documents are being kept under objection, but no specific deficiency is being communicated to me. I am repeatedly receiving generic responses instead of a clear verification result.
I have already provided the documents available with me. I do not have any additional document to submit.
Therefore, I request you to stop raising generic objections and actually verify the documents already submitted.
If any document is genuinely considered invalid or insufficient, then please provide me, in writing, the exact document name, the exact deficiency found in that document, and the specific requirement under which it is being rejected.
If the documents have already been verified and are found to be valid, then please clear the objection and process my PAN correction application without further unnecessary delay.
