Requesting please speedup the recovery of theft items.

At the time of theft there were no security guards and no TTe present in the coach. We registered a complain at jasidih railway station. We want you to take immediate action to recover all the belongings on priority basis.

Today(14/4/22) at 3:50am between patna and barh a person forcefully snatched my wife's hand bag containing :-
1. mobile phones(2)
2. Gold jhumka(1set)
3. Gold Earrings(3sets)
4. Gold finger rings(2)
5. Rs 17000/-

This is shyam kumar singh , yesterday(13/4/22) my wife Indrani kumari and my daughter Sanskriti Singh were travelling from Delhi to jasidih by BABA V DHAM EXPRESS train number-22466 coach no A1 berth 49 and 51.
