Update:

I went into their discord to request a DMCA take-down and this was the conversation that followed.

They explained its a storage website even streamers supposedly use and premium unlocks "all vods of all streamers" - meaning my content is not behind an individual paywall, but a paywall nontheless?

It is still extremely scummy to me. Why wouldnt they verify their streamers before to avoid this if they respect streamers consent as they claim? Why only verify once they put up a DMCA request and still indirectly profiting off of you?

As you can see I was timed out after asking too many questions to which I only got a rehearsed answer to.

If you are a streamer, chances are all your VODs got reuploaded on a website called "StreamRecorder"

Now what is the issue? Well they put it behind a paywall and monetize it. But you are not the one whos getting paid :^)

I checked and my videos were on there..

This is extremely fucked up?? Sometimes I unpublish VODs for my own comfort if I discussed vunerable topics and reupload the cut version onto youtube, but this site just steals it all uncut?!

@SpectreiVT @VnyxiVT This attack as Adam Musk he sent a D pic to my friend, previously to this he was telling her to die, sending death threats, he also targeted her sister and was being exactly how Syndictae is with disgusting s3xual messages, "let me **** you" ect

@SpectreiVT @VnyxiVT The latest attack was June 17th, a user named "Adam_Musk" who is the same guy as "David" who we feel is Syndictae came again, and again Syndictae was not streaming that day either, he streamed the day after and usually his streams are 6+ hours long, so it's a bit odd it was 27m
