Aerial yoga that I teach works on all kinds of muscles in the body.
But even more important is that we also work on the "happiness muscle" in the children.
You can just do aerial yoga exercises or practice aerial yoga in a fun way with rolling laughs and holding hands.
At every FLYoga Birthday Party, kids shriek out of excitement. I totally understand them. For most kids, it’s the first time they experience flying on the hammock. So how could you not get excited...
Want to have kids excited at your FLYoga Birthday party?
It's not because they are good or bad teachers.
It's not because they need an additional 500 hours of certification.
The only reason is that they need to learn how to earn money by teaching yoga.
Comment “MONEY” and I’ll tell you how you can earn more by teaching yoga.
People who look for free yoga classes and people who will pay for your service are entirely different people.
Want to learn how to attract paying customers to your classes?
The Yoga & Money course teaches everything you must know about earning well by teaching yoga.
The shaking technique releases muscle tone and develops coordination, movement separation, power regulation, and static and dynamic balance.
The "Shaking" movement we will do requires movement control at a very high level of difficulty.
What do these exercises work on?
It teaches us to release. Works on the abdominal muscles. But mostly, it's crazy fun that doesn't leave anyone without a smile.
It's an exercise that improves the mood and leaves a clean floor 😀
That’s why, as part of the FLYoga Kids teacher training course, we teach how to sell out classes, how to enroll kids in the year-round program, how to empower kids, how to make them eager to attend your classes week after week, and his to create business out of it.
A challenging game for children that works great on the abdominal muscles.
The leader says "sea" or "land" or "bridge" and the children must move or stay on the right side
Want to challenge? You can add "air" and then you must stay with both feet in the air
In the last FLYoga Kids teacher training course, as part of practicum, Adi Biton invented a cool game-
Lying in the Superman pose.
Divide into groups of 3-4 children.
Throw a ball to each other while swinging.
The goal is to reach 10 ball transfers without dropping it.
the aerial yoga classes’ prices are double compared to the on-the-mat yoga classes.
For example, in New York, the price of a single aerial yoga class for kids is from $35 to $45. The price of on-the-mat yoga is less than half.
A snapshot of the 16th FLYoga Kids Teacher Training that I finished yesterday.
The graduates leave with all the knowledge they need to succeed in building a successful and profitable aerial yoga for children business.

You can't take children out of the hammock. After the FLYoga Kids class they shout "don't want to go home" and at home that's how they zoom with the class.
But FLYoga is not just swinging, but all the values of yoga, including correct posture, relaxation, breathing, empowerment
It amazes me every time how such a simple exercise can bring so much happiness. Notice that each of these amazing women has a full and genuine smile.
These women are taking the FLYoga Kids teacher training course.
Keep it simple!
In my FLYoga Kids classes I encourage creativity by asking kids to invent their version for an exercise.
Encouraging kids to invent exercises is built in the lesson plans graduates get.
That's one invented by Adi.
Looks simple. But can you do it?
