When a "Final Response" isn't actually final. 🧵
Many have been following my journey to hold @Coinbase accountable for a $40,951 loss caused by their documented "incorrect guidance."
I am only communicating through official regulatory channels (CFPB Case #260410-31188381). Any 'recovery proposals' in my DMs will be ignored and reported.
When a "Final Response" isn't actually final. 🧵
Many have been following my journey to hold @Coinbase accountable for a $40,951 loss caused by their documented "incorrect guidance."
Coinbase admitted to 'service error' and 'incorrect guidance' that led to a $40k loss, but now says they aren't liable because 'the transaction is irreversible.' This is like a GPS directing you off a cliff and then saying they aren't responsible because 'gravity is permanent.'
4:01 PM. The deadline has passed. @Progressive ignored my final offer to settle. 🤐📉
They’d rather pay lawyers to defend a $0.00 headlight estimate and ignored video evidence than pay for a fair repair.
The compromise is off the table. See you at the Dauphin County Courthouse.
Day 141: @Progressive’s strategy: Ghosting, Junk Parts, and "Ghost Checks." 🤡👻
They can't deliver a check from January, but they want to "interpret" an accident video where I wasn't even moving. Their "best" offer? Rebuilding my Lincoln with scrap yard trash. 🚮
Day 140: @Progressive’s comedy of errors hits a new low. 🤡🎭
Yesterday’s update: They called to "stop payment" on a check from January that I NEVER received. They can't even find my mailbox, yet they want me to trust them with my car’s structural safety?
Hey @Progressive, if you spent half as much time watching the crash video as you do "stopping payments" on ghost checks, we’d be done by now.
@JoshShapiroPA@PAInsuranceDept, 140 days of ghosting and junk parts is enough. See you in court. ⚖️🏛️
Coinbase sent a 'Final Response' admitting their guidance 'fell short' regarding my $40,951 loss, but they refuse to take responsibility. If a bank teller gives you wrong instructions that lead to a robbery, the bank is liable. Why is @Coinbase different?
@Coinbase just sent a 'final response' admitting their guidance 'fell short' but refusing to refund $40,951. They are essentially saying: 'Yes, we gave you bad instructions that led to the loss, but we won't pay because the blockchain is permanent.'
Day 137: @Progressive is trying to "price-bully" me into rebuilding my Lincoln with junk. 🚮🤡
Step 1: List the NEW part at $0.00 so I can't buy it.
Step 2: Offer $810 for a Recycled part from a salvage yard.
It’s "Take the Trash or Get Nothing" coercion. They spent 4 months ghosting me, and now they want to "interpret" why a stationary car is at fault while pushing scrap yard parts.
Stop the haggling. My safety isn't for sale.
