@CitImmCanada I called the call Center right at 8 am today and I was told I couldn’t be connected to an agent because of a high volume of calls right @ 8am! I have completed a web form about my issue and it’s being 5weeks with no response! How can I get hold of someone to resolve

@wucanada Customer service is abysmal. My transactions have been directed to the compliance department 3x now and put on hold. I was on the line for 1hr30mins and got disconnected just after I got someone and I got no call back. Who knows how long I have to wait now!😡
