@MasterMaliq When you say the Quran has been perfectly preserved, which reading are you referring to—Hafs, Warsh, Qalun, Al-Duri, or one of the other canonical readings? If Allah preserved one message, how do we determine which reading represents the exact words that were originally revealed?

Can you explain what you mean in more detail? I’m not following your argument. As I understand it, you’re relying on a claim that’s mystical in nature and can’t be objectively proven. If we’re going to have a meaningful discussion, I’d prefer to focus on points that can be demonstrated, tested, or supported by evidence.

I dislike when people try to prove a spiritual claim with another spiritual claim that neither of us can verify or see. It’s often better to focus on principles and on what the actual texts say.

For example, the Quran repeatedly states that it confirms previous revelation. One verse says:

“And believe in what I have sent down, confirming that which is already with you…”

For that reason, I think it’s reasonable to examine the Quran alongside the earlier Scriptures and compare the claims rather than relying solely on arguments that cannot be objectively tested.

Another commonly cited verse is Surah Al-Ma’idah 5:47, which tells the people of the Gospel to judge by what God revealed in the Gospel. And Surah Al-Ma’idah 5:48 says the Quran was revealed “confirming” the Scripture that came before it.
