@McDonaldsUK really disappointed with the service tonight. My order was incomplete, and I had to drive back while my family waited on a Saturday night. To make matters worse, staff refused to replace the chips with a fresh portion. Poor customer service and a waste of my petrol.

@cultbeauty I cancelled an order within an hour but was told its too late. Iv already received a refund from paypal but want to return the product but am told il have to pay for it. This is wrong. Why cant i get a free returns label. Bad customer service from you!

I requested seat selection on an Emirates flight, they changed aircraft so I request a refund on seat selection. @emirates they cancelled my return flight!!! Who can help me please
