🔴Another South African Marvel Manganyi explains why local employers prefer Zimbabweans and other foreigners for certain jobs or in particular sectors.
He says it's a lie told by denialists or the uninformed that foreigners are preferred to South African due to cheap labour.
He says work ethic, resilience and great determination to do the job without behaving like a cry baby or weakling is the real explanation for that trend.
Many employers in certain sectors say they prefer foreigners because they work harder and hardly have excuses for non-performance or demand fat salaries and benefits without commensurate productivity and output to ensure company profitability.
God loves you, and He wants to forgive you. He wants to cleanse you. He wants to set you free. But the only way is through the Cross. You’ve got to come to Him through faith in His Son Jesus Christ.

@ChangeRadioZW The common sense from a common man which our government can’t get 😏.
Well done baba for explaining it better 👏🏽. Hopefully it get into someone’s ears.
This is Collet Ncube, the magistrate used today by Mnangagwa’s despotic regime to deny bail to opposition leader Jameson Timba and 64 prodemocracy activists.
It is important to know who these accessories to oppression are, as one day they should be held accountable for their illegal actions!
RETWEET and make Collet Ncube very famous!
Don't get involved in ZANUPF factional fights.
History should teach us that no positive change has ever come from ZANUPF leadership, especially after 2017.
Zimbabwe needs genuine change, not deals with ZANUPF factions.
Such deals only benefit ZANUPF and prolong its existence!
All ZANUPF factions in power today are doing nothing about healthcare, corruption, or the looting and plundering of the country’s natural resources.
They are simply positioning themselves for their turn to do what Mnangagwa's Lacoste faction is doing now with impunity, looting and plundering!
History shows that ZANUPF leadership has not brought about positive change, and there is little reason to believe this will change in the future.
It is crucial to recognise that any deals or alliances with ZANUPF factions will only serve to extend the party's grip on power, rather than bring about the fundamental change that Zimbabwe needs.
Individuals and groups seeking positive change in Zimbabwe must carefully consider their strategies and avoid getting caught up in political manoeuvres that will not lead to any meaningful progress.
ZANUPF is ZANUPF, nothing more, nothing less.
Leave those in ZANUPF to settle their squabbles, just watch the spectacle without being drawn into it through deceptive promises by any of the factions!
They loot together, they plunder together, they kill together, they captured the judiciary together, they have destroyed the country together.
Only a fool will think that one of these factions will suddenly become the change Zimbabwe needs!
🟣How’s the ZIG doing? Is it still being held down by that gold we saw that day? Has the price of gold moved? Has the ZIG rate moved? Is everything ok?
We need new leaders.🇿🇼
This man wants to tear up the constitution and go for a third term!
Every genuine opposition leader, parliamentarian, councillor, or progressive citizen should be speaking out against this terrible attempt to abrogate the constitution instead of wasting time insulting those who are offering their ideas.
It is strange that on matters requiring immediate political attention and intervention with a strong voice, our political class falls silent except fora few.
Yet, on matters where new ideas are put on the table, they shout like singers!
Where is the intellectual class to defend the constitution?
Where are the long essays explaining why Mnangagwa shouldn’t be allowed to tear up the constitution?
Where are the daily tweets and social media posts about Mnangagwa’s attempt to tear up the constitution!
