@mcgovsa_care Thanks for your comment @MCgovSA. I would expect & kindly request your intervention to instruct @eXtraStores to investigate why wrong information is provided by the salesman to proceed with sale and not informing the real conditions to be applied upon requesting for exchange.
@salhomoudis@eXtraStores@MCgovSA My concern is that their salesman doesn’t tell this. If eXtra really wants to bring transparency and avoid miscommunication of their salesman, they shall sag it loud and clear on boards.

I have sent more than 3 emails yesterday to your customer support requesting just to register my complaint and provide reference # but they are not ready to register if even. Please check my emails from [email protected]. Shall i attach them here?
@mcgovsa_care All what i am requesting is that eXtra take my request and investigate the matter so their salesman shall not provide wrong information to lure customers to purchase. @MCgovSA@eXtraStores
@mcgovsa_care My concern is that salesman explicitly confirmed me that if I need to return an opened item due to “change in mind” I have to do it within 7 days (not 30 days) by having Jood membership and when I came back the next day I was told that since I opened I must pay 30%.
