@Fly_Norwegian Hi Carol - Or you could allow your customer service advisors to resolve issues like most other airlines do. Perhaps then your CR department would get their response times down. Always better to resolve BEFORE it gets to a refund stage.
@Fly_Norwegian Single handedly the worst airline I’ve ever experienced!! Never able to resolve an issue, instead you have to make multiple claims. Sort your customer service out, it’s a JOKE!
@sammysimmo @Fly_Norwegian Good luck with this. They did the same thing to me and nothing at all is done about it! Apparently managers don’t speak to customers on the phones either!
@Fly_Norwegian Why charge to reserve seats with extra leg room, when you only move us with no notification, no refund and no leg room! On both outbound and inbound flights!! Shocking customer service from your call centre also!
