Its really sad that you have a really aggressive SBMM system, that does nothing but punish good players, kills the fun and burns players out. You can say what you want about it, but with each game it gets worse, its like you feel the need to turn it up 5 levels on every new release.

Players find way's to make the game fun, 2 boxing being one of them, what do you do? Patch it or try and make it harder to do and once again kill peoples fun. You'll never address this as we know but you're slowly turning fans away with your systems. All we want is a fair SBMM like we had in earlier games which allowed the game to be fun.

I work all day and like to relaxed playing @CallofDuty but playing pubs feels like I'm taking part in CDL tournament every day, Its not fun, it tiresome, makes me want to turn the game off and sbmm at these levels has no place in pubs, when you have two ranked systems in #Warzone and #Blackops6.

Where not asking for 100% noob lobbies where just asking for a fun system that makes the game enjoyable, but you deem protecting Timmy No Thumbs as more important than your core fan base, because if Timmy gets crapped on he won't come back.... But we all got crapped on back in the earlier days of COD, its how we got better at the game, making people go 1 for 1 every game and sticking at a 1 kd is making no one better at the game and pushes people away.

I'm currently not spending money on bundles, because of this SBMM, its not worth my time spending money if I'm not going to play the game in the end, plus most of the bundles are Shockley bad and not worth the money compared to older games. Plus the use of AI laziness in them is also putting me off.

Your blogs on SBMM are all good an well, but its simply not the answer to have it this strong and personally don't believe a word wrote in those blogs.

The shadow ban loop system which you say doesn't exist and don't address is a joke as well. Players getting limited match making for being repeatedly spam reported, which then takes you 10 days to investigate, to work out if a complete ban is due or you can reinstate matchmaking. Which once matchmaking is restored the loop starts again and the cycle repeats, I've seen people come out of shadow ban, then with in a few hours, shadow banned again. The system is a joke and really needs addressing.

In my eyes Richoshit is a complete joke as well, Ranked warzone and Ranked Black ops 6 is still full of cheating scum bags. But your system relies on spam reporting to do any thing, Personally don't believe it actually detects any one cheating with out people reporting it first. All these systems you say you have in place, don't seem to actually do any thing, all these measures you have in place to change the cheaters game, we've seen once may be twice in action. Rico needs scrapping and replacing, all the players no it and its time you did some thing.

One thing that really bugs me is the state you release Warzone in every yeah and the main title. Why is it that its always bugged, always broken and it takes you 7 months to get it back into a good state, only for history to repeat its self in a few months with the next game?

Why do all the new versions release without the QOL changes that made the last version of Warzone or the main title better to use or play. Why do we not have simple things as challenge trackers in warzone or BO6?
Why do we not have a skin previewer that was added in Warzone 1 or 2? That you can change the skins on the fly. Why are the good things always removed in the next game and then takes 7 months to put them in, for them to be removed in the next???

When are you actually going to fix the blueprint issue that's in the games right now, where attachments can't changed?? You can view them in the gun smith, but they don't actually appear on the gun in game??
