@lpedretti69@paoloomero@olesovhcom per favore fai qualche screenshot e salva i dati che hai che potrebbero tornare utili. fai qualche pdf. confermi che il link è quello che ho indicato o è un altro?

@ovh_support_fr please we need to know. About public cloud (still not clear if sbg1 or sbg2) and istance backups. You declare that PC with (paid) backups have three copies of backup in different locations. Would you please confirm that? How and when we will be able to access them? Thanks

@Max_Noro @olesovhcom No mentions of public cloud paid istance backups. They declare to have three copies in different locations. Is that true? Where they are? When we could access to them?

@matteolavaggi@boscorelly34@olesovhcom Exactly Matteo They must assure us that these three copies really exist, where they are at, and give us access asap!!!
@NBKMistik@olesovhcom seems that public clouds called *sbg1* were actually in SBG2!
Check below from their FAQ:
For Public Cloud, the OpenStack regions directly affected by the fire are: openstack-sbg1, openstack-sbg2, openstack-sbg3 and openstack-sbg4 (physically in the SBG2 datacentre)
