Founder & CEO, SWIRL AI. Enterprise AI search without moving your data. Knowledge authority for Claude, Copilot, Harvey. Don't move the data. Move the query.
SWIRL 5 GA in ~2 weeks (July 15). The one I'm most proud of: canonical answers your team approves, served to people and agents alike - without moving a byte of your data.

Just spoke to the founder of a well known AI native law firm. They have built their own version of Harvey that has more utility and bespoke integrations.
They are using their tech to undercut their closest Biglaw competitors by 50% or more, and have landed a bunch of respectable marquee clients.
So far Biglaw has been moving slow on the AI front. They are also developing an unhealthy reliance on third party vendors who are now selling to their own clients.
Right now the margin compression is chiefly in EC/VC work but I’m sure in less than a year we will see AI native law firms move up the value chain to mid market M&A / PE work for example.
Another trend we will likely also see are tech savvy big law partners taking their book of business and starting their own firms with better pricing but capturing a bigger piece of the traditional 30% cut of revenue they have been getting at Biglaw.
The fix isn't more context. It's less noise.
Collapse the versions to the approved one. Send only the passages that answer the question.
Prompt gets smaller. Answer gets better. Feels backwards until you watch it happen.
Is anybody else being spammed called 20 times a day saying “Hi this is Olivia from the loan processing approval department. We have your loan ready. Please give us a call.”
I didn’t apply for a loan. And somehow no matter how many numbers I block, they keep calling me from a different number.
How do I fix this?
The missing layer isn't better retrieval or a bigger context window.
It's knowledge authority: a layer that knows which answer your org approved, and serves that one
to every human and every agent that asks.
