How Hon. PM @narendramodi ji achieved a turnaround in Kutch and made it a tourism hub!

Dhordo village in Kutch just received the award of 'Best Tourism Village' by @UNWTO.

For those who have observed PM Modi, this is a result of his vision and hard work. Dhordo was reeling under the devastation of the earthquake, but then CM Modi decided to leverage its tourism potential, its white rann, its culture, and its heritage.

He treated a border village as the first village instead of the last village. He built all the required infrastructure, organised the Kutch Rann Utsav, and made it a global tourism destination.

Today, this award is yet another exhibit of his farsighted vision to empower local communities and make India a global hub.

Absolutely thrilled to see Dhordo in Kutch being celebrated for its rich cultural heritage and natural beauty. This honour not only showcases the potential of Indian tourism but also the dedication of the people of Kutch in particular.
