@AmazonHelp The estimated delivery date has passed, and the tracking page is showing 'delayed, not yet shipped'. Additionally, the tracking updates indicate 'return is in transit from Carriers to FCs'.

@AmazonHelp None of your pages are helpful. There is no option to chat with or call your customer service representative. I used to think Amazon is a better e-commerce platform, but in this regard, Flipkart is better, I guess.
Why is there no customer care number for @Flipkart@flipkartsupport? I have been waiting for my order for the last three days. They have rescheduled my delivery three times. When I tried chat support, I did not receive any response. #Flipkart
