Very disappointed with @wonderchef.
Purchased a hand blender from @amazon 15/05/25. It malfunctioned once earlier and was repaired by your technician. Since Mar 26, we’ve repeatedly raised complaints again but received no proper response from customer care.

What is the value of a 2-year warranty if customer complaints are closed without actually resolving the issue?

Your technician called, we explained the issue, and he said he would visit. Before any visit or fix, we received a message stating that the complaint had been resolved.

I request you to either arrange a permanent fix or initiate a replacement at the earliest.
