@IkejaElectric, the persistent power outages in Arepo demand urgent attention. For over a year, residents have endured prolonged darkness, brief restoration and no lasting improvement.
Households spend heavily on fuel, food goes bad, water supply becomes a struggle, and businesses lose productive hours. People working from home must fund their own electricity just to earn a living.
Whenever power returns, everyone rushes to pump water, charge devices and iron clothes because nobody knows when it will disappear again. This is exhausting and unacceptable.
@NERCNG@fccpcnigeria, Arepo needs your intervention: reliable electricity, clear explanations for outages and a concrete plan to fix the recurring problems.
@channelstv@ARISEtv@MobilePunch, please bring attention to what residents are enduring.
We pay for the service, then pay again to provide it ourselves.
At this point, the bill is the only thing enjoying uninterrupted supply. π
Three sisters. Three lives lost. And a father left asking a question nobody may ever answer. π
Jane Adetoro, 36, Christina Walters, 32, and Rebecca Walters, 31, were found dead in the sea off Brighton, England, in May 2026.
Five months later, an inquest has ruled that all three died by suicide.
But one heartbreaking detail emerged.
Just days before their deaths, the sisters travelled to Birmingham, near the lake where their mother had died in 2010.
Their father, who has now lost all three daughters, said the heartbreak was beyond anything he could have imagined.
Even the coroner could not establish why the sisters made their final decision.
Three sisters who shared so much of their lives. A family devastated by unimaginable loss. And questions that may never have answers.
This tragedy is a painful reminder that we cannot always see what someone is going through.
How much can we truly know about the struggles of even those closest to us? π
I have a dream that many of my mutualz shall be very very GREAT and many destinies will find hope and reason to smile Again because of your greatness.
Make sure you are part of this great Destinies.
