I’ve been thinking about using my Twitter to give Kickstarter / industry advice.
I’ve been Operations Manager for Jellybean Games, Production Manager for Pandasaurus Games and have been full time in the industry for 5 years.
Like if that’s something you’d be interested in?
@atlmeagsnow I had a designer once “politely” request I be taken off managing his project because his wife wouldn’t be comfortable if he were working with me. Over EMAIL. And I was the department Director 🤦🏼♀️
The short-sightedness of the equation blows my mind every. single. time.
It really all just hinges on societal pressure of loyalty and dissuading people from having the confidence to demand better.
Bad landlords are just like bad managers.
You can try to nickle & dime tenants with rent increases just like you you can refuse basic cost of living raises..
But you're gonna spend way more money trying to replace them than you would just by treating people with basic decency.
@jeffery4free@melJsaysso@bfishbfish An abortion is the removal of a cluster of cells from an individual.
If the cluster of cells is then able to support its own life outside of its host, that process of removal is a birth, not an abortion.
That’s where the line is drawn.
@dlbeard@amyradem1 @_emilyrarick @EconRsrch The responsibility of proof is on the person making the claim.
You’re claiming “abortions” (removal of a healthy fetus with the intended result to be death) happen at 39 weeks.
They do not. It’s on you to prove that they do.
Spoiler alert: you can’t. Because they don’t.
@hello__caitlin Idk how my algorithm identified that this is also my hips/waist measurement but you’re not alone
..& if you find a solution for pants, plz report back! 👀
Every time I ask my 4 year old if he wants some a string cheese with his dinner, he says “did you get @Publix brand? I only like the Publix brand.” Every. Single. Time.
I have no idea where the brand loyalty came from but I’m here for it.
@IanZangDesign Seriously. At least it's great way to weed out who to work with.
I don't care how many mistakes someone makes or why they made them if they can say "here's what I did wrong and here's the lesson I learned from it."
