The FMGE has always been a challenging examination, but this time the level of difficulty reached another level.
A significant number of questions were based on real-life hospital clinical scenarios. Many were presented in video/GIF format, where candidates had to observe the patient’s clinical presentation and arrive at the correct diagnosis. Even in NEET PG, I have never encountered such a large number of direct diagnosis-based, video scenario questions in a single examination.
What makes this even more concerning is the condition under which many FMGs had to appear for the exam. Candidates from multiple centers reported non-functional air conditioners, fans that were not working properly, lack of drinking water, and no availability of cold water. Imagine appearing for a nearly 8-hour examination in temperatures approaching 50°C under such conditions.
The National Board of Examinations (NBE) charges one of the highest examination fees for FMGE i.e ₹6,195. When candidates are paying such a substantial amount, they deserve basic amenities and a smooth, dignified examination process.
No candidate should have to struggle against extreme heat and inadequate infrastructure while attempting one of the most important examinations of their career.
I sincerely request the concerned authorities to investigate these complaints, take strict action wherever deficiencies are found, and ensure that future FMGE examinations are conducted with proper facilities and humane conditions for every candidate. @FAIMA_INDIA_@DrRohanKrishna3@drugsdose@ANI@htTweets@NMC_BHARAT@NbeIndia
The FMGE June 2026 result is out, and the pass percentage has dropped by nearly 50% compared to the last 3–4 years.
NBE has significantly increased the difficulty level of the examination. Not only was the question paper exceptionally tough, but the examination centres and overall testing conditions were also extremely poor.
This is an injustice to Foreign Medical Graduates (FMGs). India needs more doctors, yet even after clearing the FMGE, FMGs are forced to wait for months to begin their internships due to administrative delays.
If the Indian system cannot adequately accommodate FMGs who have successfully cleared the mandatory screening examination, then the government should reconsider its policy on pursuing MBBS abroad. It is unfair to allow students to invest years of their lives and then subject them to endless obstacles at every stage.
The FMGE is meant to be a screening examination, but this time many candidates felt that the paper was even tougher than NEET PG and INI-CET. FMGs deserve a fair examination, proper examination centres, timely internship allotment, and a transparent system not continuous hardship. @NMC_BHARAT@NbeIndia@aimsa_fmsw@FAIMA_INDIA_
Loki (S1 and S2) is hands down the best MCU TV series. Loki truly had the best character arc of the entire MCU. S2 finale was the icing on the cake, with the entire cast, crew, composer and writers delivering their A-game. Hats off to all involved!!

We sold Smosh.
Ian & Anthony, the original founders of Smosh, have reunited and bought back the wildly popular brand they founded 18 years ago! We are extremely proud of everything we and Ian accomplished during our time working together, and will continue to be fans and friends to Smosh as they enter this new era!
We acquired Smosh 4 years ago in the first creator-to-creator acquisition of its kind— a huge moment in Mythical’s history. We couldn’t think of a more perfect outcome on our investment than selling Smosh back to the internet's other iconic best-friend duo. It's another pioneering first in the creator economy and a validation of our belief that creator-entrepreneurs will play a huge role in the future of entertainment.
Thank you for how you welcomed Smosh and their millions of fans into our community with open arms. Please join us in sending them our congrats on this next chapter!
