@ThreeUK This gentleman called me from THREE to discuss my bad signal issue. But for security, he had to confirm my name. I told him my name 3 times. But because of bad reception, he couldn't understand me and had to cancel the call! (name didn't match!?). WHAT?

@KLM So KLM advertised that an additional checked bag to Holland and back will cost me £48. And then at the payment page they add £20 because "the price has changed". Spoke to customer service to have them honour the displayed price. But KLM doesn't care.

@parcelforce Where is my neighbours parcel? He is an elderly man and spent 45 minutes on the phone only to be given another reference number, while he paid £12 to have it delivered on the 24th May. Shame on you.
