On behalf of the #SidraChaincommunity in North-East Nigeria—specifically #Maiduguri, Borno State—we respectfully write to express our concern and request your kind support regarding the KYB verification process for our local companies.

As per the guidance provided by the SidraChain Core Team, communities were encouraged to apply for KYB verification in order to gain access to verified SIDRA users in their respective locations. In good faith, several of our companies promptly submitted their KYB applications over two weeks ago. However, to date, none of the submitted companies from our region have been verified.

Our region includes the following six states: #Borno, #Yobe, #Adamawa, #Taraba, #Gombe, and #Bauchi. Despite the active participation and enthusiasm of our local communities, none of the companies from these states have received approval. This has raised serious concern among our community members, especially the SIDRA miners who are waiting to be verified under trusted local entities.

We humbly request the Core Team to kindly look into this matter with urgency. Verifying our local companies will not only enhance trust and structure in our region but will also enable genuine and impactful participation in the #SidraChain ecosystem.

I hope this message finds you well. My question is directed to the CEO @maljefairi or Core Team regarding partnerships and KYC verification fees:

1. Partnership Agreements:
- Are there any formal MoUs or contractual agreements between @SidraChain and local partner companies in Nigeria?
- If yes, could the team provide clarity to the community on these agreements to ensure transparency?

2. KYC Verification Fees:
- Currently, many Nigerian users are being charged 100 SDA for KYC verification, which some find quite high.
- New miners or those with limited SDA (e.g., holding only 150 SDA) face difficulties, as deducting 100 SDA leaves them with very little.
- Could the team clarify:
- Why this fee is set at this level?
- Is there a possibility of reducing the minimum SDA requirement or allowing payment in another (more accessible) currency?

We kindly request an official statement on these concerns, as it would greatly help the Nigerian community in understanding the process and planning accordingly.
