I was reading that the number one, most calming thing in the world is human touch. That means that holding my hand during jump scares is mandatory! π³π
@veilofcoffins I love her hat in this scene. She wears it later on when she's riding the horse in the woods. I know it's a strange detail to like about this movie, but when I hear "The VVitch" I think about that hat π
@PopcornPost_ He acted like a creep all movie but came through in the end. What happened to him was so horrific that I don't think I'd ever psychologically recover if that happened to me.
A solid 8/10 until they made that discovery in the basement. It was like the writers suddenly realized that they made our "protagonists" completely unlikable and unsympathetic so they had to make up for it by making the guy they were victimizing so cartoonishly evil that we forgot that the "heroes" were stealing from a blind veteran.
