You do not deserve respect.
You do not deserve kindness.
You do not deserve success.
You do not deserve a comfortable life.
That’s not a criticism.
It’s actually one of the most freeing things I’ve ever learned.
For years, I carried around invisible entitlements about how the world should treat me.
Then I realized the universe doesn’t care what I think I’m owed.
The moment I stopped focusing on what I deserved, I started appreciating what I had.
Respect became something to earn.
Success became something to build.
Kindness became something to give freely instead of demand from others.
Ironically, letting go of entitlement made me more grateful, more resilient, and happier.
The less you believe the world owes you, the more you appreciate what it gives you.
this some true game. the trick, if you can pull it off, is to never let your lifestyle exceed what you'll be able to pay for if it all ended tomorrow. that takes a lot of discipline and foresight, tho.
There’s a word for this explosive, insane reaction - undeniable.
No matter the era, the decade, or the city, the energy and connection between the People’s Champ and the People can never be broken and is truly an electrifying experience that creates chills every single time.
Thank you Birmingham, Alabama, we made magical history in the “magic city”. Thank you WWE and thank you Cody for the love and the house (dream & soulman).
