Is the Omani pilot employed by the UAE airline who hijacked a plane full of Israelis in violation of the Abraham Accords a member of a prominent Omani family?

Why are they refusing to release his name, aside from the fact that the UAE now has to explain how this violation happened?

Under the bilateral aviation agreement linked to the Abraham Accords, only nationals of countries that have diplomatic relations with Israel may serve as pilots on flights between the UAE and Israel. Using a pilot from a country that does not recognize Israel would violate that agreement.

Why are they refusing to mention his name?

My name is Michelle Terris. I am the founder of JEXIT and I want to make a point today and I hope our elected officials take me very seriously.

We are talking about nearly 10 acres, almost 58,000 square feet, a VPK through 12th-grade school, daycare, 382 students, and more than 1,000 projected vehicle trips every day.
The traffic and infrastructure alone deserve serious scrutiny.

This is about more than traffic.
The FBI continues to warn of an elevated threat to Jewish communities, and anti-Jewish hate crimes remain the largest category of reported religion-based hate crimes in America. So I am asking our elected officials to do their homework.

In your busy lives as elected servants, you look at building plans, surveys, traffic studies, engineering reports, and analytical studies more than you probably want to. But today, I am asking you to go beyond the brick and mortar. Go beyond the beautiful designs, the decorative glass windows, the high-end PowerPoints and fancy, four-color brochures.

I am asking you to look DOWN, down to the not-visible foundations upon which the visible building stands.

Before you approve a major institution and allow it to become established in this community, you need to know what is underneath that building. You need to ask the tough questions:

1. Has this entity, or anyone directly responsible for it, ever made hateful statements about other groups, organizations, or religions?

2. Who are the actual owners, founders, directors, and people ultimately responsible for this institution?

3. Where does the money come from? Is there any funding from foreign countries? If so, which countries, how much, and through what entities?

4. Have any owners, leaders, or other people directly connected to this institution ever been placed on a U.S. terrorist watch list or identified by U.S. authorities as having terrorism-related connections?

5. Have any owners or leaders ever been arrested, charged, or convicted in connection with terrorism or terrorism-related offenses?

6. What organizations are connected to this institution? Who are its partners, affiliates, donors, sponsors, and associated entities?

7. What exactly will be taught at this school? What curriculum will be used, and who will oversee it?

I want to make one thing crystal clear. Before anyone accuses me of bias, understand this: I am a Jew, and I would expect these exact same questions to be asked of any organization seeking to establish a major institution in our community, including a Jewish synagogue, a Christian church, or any other religious or nonprofit organization.

This is not about targeting a religion. This is about applying the same standard of due diligence to everyone.
I am not making an accusation against this organization. I am not questioning anyone’s right to worship.

I am saying that due diligence is not discrimination. Asking questions is not Islamophobia. Protecting our community is not negotiable.

Jewish and Christian families deserve to know that their elected officials are paying attention. Every family in this community deserves to know that the people making these decisions have looked beyond the drawings, beyond the brochures, beyond the promises, and beyond the building itself.

Look at what is underneath it. Look at the people. Look at the money. Look at the connections. Look at the history. Look at the curriculum. Look at the future plans for this property.

Do your homework before you approve it. Because once that institution is established, once the building is standing, once the doors are open, it is much harder to ask the questions that should have been asked before approval.

Please consider my words very carefully.
Know exactly who is behind this project.
Know exactly where the money comes from.
Know exactly what you are approving.
Understand that the community is watching.

Islamic communist US Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed @AbdulElSayed is holding a fundraiser on October 5th in New York with a group of DSA members, Jew haters, far left donors, and climate change hucksters, including Steven Donziger.

That association raises serious questions about Abdul’s judgment.

Donziger is a disbarred lawyer. New York’s Appellate Division stripped him of his license in 2020 after finding him guilty of “egregious professional misconduct.” A U.S. federal judge previously ruled that the $9.5 billion Ecuador judgment Donziger helped obtain against Chevron @Chevron was the product of fraud.

In 2011, Chevron filed a RICO (anti-corruption) suit against Donziger in New York City. The case was heard by US District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan, who determined that the ruling of the Ecuadorian court could not be enforced in the US because it was procured by fraud, bribery, and racketeering activities.

The findings included ghostwriting a court-appointed expert’s report, witness tampering, coercion of judges, and bribery. Those findings were upheld on appeal.

Donziger was later convicted of criminal contempt of court for repeatedly defying court orders, including refusing to turn over electronic devices. He served time and spent nearly three years under house arrest. U.S. courts described a pattern of willful defiance and corrupt tactics by Dozinger.

His former Ecuadorian clients also fired him over questions about how tens of millions of dollars he raised in their name were spent.

Choosing to platform and fundraise with someone a U.S. court found engaged in fraud and bribery to “win” a legal case is not a small optics problem.

This is further evidence that Abdul El-Sayed, who wants to Abolish the police, openly embraces illegal behavior and misconduct for personal gain.

Voters in Michigan should ask why a US Senate candidate would attach his name to that type of criminal record.
