“You are as only as good as your staff”.

We wouldn’t be here without their loyalty and drive to this program, to me, and to our players. So lucky to have each and every one of them!

If your coach tells you what you’re doing wrong without offering the solution, they are not your coach.

Always great to workout in that facility. The amount of toys seem endless!

[WhiteCaps Baseball | Orange County Club Baseball @WBAcademyOC]

Extra hitting day for the Caps. Bat speed and attack angle were the focus today (captured by @blastmotion) and exit velocity being tracked by @rapsodo . Using the @DrivelineBB training bats to understand barrel control at full speed before, and med ball throws! @Siggy_34

Why club programs don’t play kids up I’ll never understand. Playing HS seniors in a 16u tournament isn’t getting your players better. Either push your guys to compete, or hang em up as a coach. When a coaches ego is more important than the kids success, you’ve lost your way.

Stud!! Getting better at a very quick rate

Let’s go!!

[Steve Granado @SteveGranado]

For the first time in @JSerraLionsBB history, the Lions are headed to the championship round to face Harvard Westlake.

JSerra's offense explodes late with a six run seventh with three homers from Luke Jewett, Colin Blanchard (first career) and Cody Schrier. 11-7 final.

Just watched 4 college coaches walk away from a field due to parent behavior. 1st inning of 1st game. If you think it doesn’t matter you’re wrong.
