@lastborn_1j I like Nagatos use of the Rinnegan Post Shinobi war.
It was like a horror movie in the Leaf Village perspective. The way it was portrayed was amazing.
But Sasuke took it further right after or during the exposure/reveal of Real Madara during the Shinobi alliance war.

1) Science based: If I do have it, I'd take the water from the ecosystem/area I'm in, depending on my control.

2) The Human body consists of a certain percentage of it, so pull up bro.
