Consistency - walk after meals - that came along with my @SignosHealth - it gamified consumption.
I could see my blood sugar rising in real time and Signos would tell me I had a 10-20min window to start exercising.
Two effects:
1. It helped me modify consumption so I wouldn’t get massive (high) and wide glucose spikes.
2. It encouraged the exercise side at the right time to help reduce it.
Lower spikes -> better insulin sensitivity
Better insulin sensitivity-> less transport to fat
