@GHPorters @parcelforce We had an issue a couple of weeks ago and had similar issues. In fairness they did refund without quibble. I suspect we don’t send out as much as you so they weren’t bothered about our £6!
We’ve since used DPD…but none of them are ideal in our experience! Good luck!!
@RoyalMailHelp I sent an item via your tracked 24 service 29th June. My customer informs me it hasn’t arrived and tracking states that you have it. What am I meant to do now?!
@parcelforce have completely let us down. Not only have they lied about collecting a parcel for delivery, they have failed to collect for a third day, lied about a phone call and now expect me to drive to Leicester to drop at the depot.🤬🤬
@parcelforce And the saga continues. Re collection booked for today, still nothing. Call promised, no call. It’s ok though, it’s not your end customer you’re letting down, sadly that’s my company!
@parcelforce another missed collection. Website shows you’re still intending on picking my parcel up last Friday. Monday afternoon and still not collected and no update.
