I might get hate but Idc, I feel like this needs to be said.
I want to bear my testimony.
I know that my Redeemer lives.
I know He guides me, carries me, and walks beside me even when I feel like I’m walking alone.
He is my light in the darkness.
I know that He directs His church—The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
I know there are living prophets and apostles on the earth today. I sustain President Dallin H. Oaks as the prophet and president of the Church.
I know, without a shadow of a doubt, that the Book of Mormon is true. It brings me closer to
Christ every time I read it.
I know that my Savior and my Heavenly Father love me. They know me.
And I know that I am a cherished daughter of God.
In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

"God doesn’t care nearly as much about where you have been as He does about where you are and, with His help, where you are willing to go."
Elder Jeffrey R. Holland | Created for Greater Things
Latter-day Saints’ view of the afterlife is rooted in Biblical truth.
Jesus Christ taught: “In my Father’s house are many mansions” (John 14:2)
Paul taught: “There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars” (1 Corinthians 15:41)
Life after death is much more than simply heaven or hell for all eternity.
In The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, we know that “Heavenly Father loves all His children so much that He wants us all to live in a kingdom of glory forever.”
God’s prophet, President Dallin H. Oaks, explained this doctrine:
I think these two quotes back to back are really important.
President Nelson said, “In coming days, it will not be possible to survive spiritually without the guiding, directing, comforting, and constant influence of the Holy Ghost.”
President Oaks said, “One of the many reasons you will need the constant influence of the Holy Ghost is that you live in a season where the adversary has become so effective at disguising truth that if you don’t have the Holy Ghost, you will be deceived.”
One prophet said it won’t be possible to survive and another said you will be deceived without the Holy Ghost.
What are you doing today to invite the Holy Ghost into your life?
As disciples of Jesus Christ, we are all united in faith and in our commitment to living the gospel. But unity does not mean uniformity. Our church congregations are like a beautiful mosaic—rich with diverse backgrounds, talents, and experiences.
I invite each of you to find and recognize your gifts so that you can use them to bless others and move the Lord’s work forward.
Years ago, I flew a brand-new B747 on its first flight from Seattle to San Francisco. It was a clear day, and I was amazed by the beauty of the remarkable lineup of six solitary volcanoes, from Mount Rainier and Mount Hood to Mount Shasta.
Today, along the same route, we find more than six temples proclaiming Holiness to the Lord—the newest being the Willamette Valley Oregon Temple, which I was blessed to dedicate today. The house of the Lord lifts our vision, reorients our hearts, and reminds us who we are and whose we are.
Just as these great mountains mark the landscape, holy temples—and the covenants we make there—mark and connect our lives with the God of the Universe.
When you come to the temple during times of personal trial and great sorrow, you will find sweet peace for your soul. When you come to give thanks and worship God, our Heavenly Father, you will receive a special measure of affirmation and confidence from Him.
The temple will enrich your lives, inspire you to create in your homes and families a spirit of hope and peace, and endow you with blessings from on high.
Miracles are real. Last week my Son graduated high school. He was born at 24 weeks. Today, he’s a healthy, awesome man with a bright future. 18 years ago, doctors questioned why me and my Wife felt so strong to continue life sustaining care. My Wife and I felt strongly that God was telling us to keep going. Marrying a strong woman who believes in prayer and has the courage to seek and follow inspiration is an incredible blessing
You are not a data point. You’re a beloved child of God with moral agency and divine potential.
I invite you to join me at https://t.co/DvO30jyBlh on June 7 as we discuss how to hear God's voice in an age of artificial intelligence. You are not a data point. You’re a beloved child of God with moral agency and divine potential.
True faith is focused in and on the Lord Jesus Christ and is a principle of action, trust, and power.
As we act in accordance with the truths of the Savior’s gospel and trust in His promises, we are blessed with the spiritual capacity to “rise up” and press forward through the challenges of mortality while experiencing the joys His gospel makes possible in our lives.
🇺🇸 A deeply moving vision from the life of Elder Orson F. Whitney.
While serving as a young missionary in Pennsylvania in the 1870s, Orson F. Whitney was going through a difficult time spiritually.
One night he had a remarkable
dream that stayed with him for the rest of his life.
In the dream, he found himself in the Garden of Gethsemane. He saw the Savior, Jesus Christ, enter with Peter, James, and John. The Savior left the three Apostles and went a short distance away to pray. Orson watched as the Savior knelt and prayed with great agony:
“Oh my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless not as I will but as Thou wilt.”
As the Savior prayed, tears streamed down His face. Orson was so moved that he wept with Him. He later wrote that his whole heart went out to the Savior, and he loved Him with all his soul.
The experience changed him. It gave him a deeper understanding of the Atonement and a stronger determination to serve the Lord faithfully.
Elder Whitney later shared this sacred vision in his writings, including his autobiography Through Memory’s Halls. It became one of the most personal and powerful spiritual experiences of his life.
A beautiful reminder of how the Lord can reach us in our struggles and draw us closer to Him. ✨
Has the Lord ever spoken to you through a dream?
