@Xfinity terrible customer service, I transfered my account to another county and now xfinity is billing me in both places after confirming the previous account was closed. Agents are clueless and every agent asks for more time to resolve. it's already half a month.

@bigbasket_com It’s was poor customer service , they didn’t send me any notification regarding refund , kept asking for more time. I have received the refund now. Close the case , just ask customer reps to not make excuses and use delay tactics.

The JHS school is conducting their skating class for small children on the terrace from 10-11am. The temperature on their terrace hits 33-34 degrees. Pt teacher and school management are adamant that it’s safe. We feel children at risk.

Poor customer service , no control over vendors. Items not being delivered but marked as delivered , long investigation times,no impact of repeat feedback&complaints. The India org has fallen to a pitiful standard. This is not the Amazon I remember . Shame.

@ManmohanGanesh I had a very bad experience with ProFX BLR service of my Polk DSWpro 660. I was charged a very hefty price for repair and my sub has been returned with numerous scratches, I’ve been offered a partial refund. Not happy.
