I bought World Cup tickets through @StubHub and had the absolute worst experience. Called multiple times and spent hours on the phone all to have the money forced refunded without giving us options for equivalent tickets that ARE available online! All against their policy.
Home Insurance premiums have been pricey the last few yrs but when the company fails to respond to a claim in a time of need this is very disturbing! @SageSure_Help Shame on @SageSure especially when customers are experiencing natural disasters. Claim had been open for 3 months!

Disappointed in the service at this Marriott property. I’ve never been to hotel that does not pick up at the front desk or room service at 9pm. To add on to the issues, we had no running water for 4-5 hours one morning.
Had the most difficult time with customer service @SouthwestAir . Mixed messages from customer service about hotel reimbursements and flight Re-bookings made the already difficult situation painful. Very disappointed!
