After 15 seasons as the Head Coach at Pascagoula, Lewis Sims has officially stepped down and will retire from coaching and teaching at the end of this semester.
Coach Sims notified his team and coaches on Monday.
“Thank you all for the support and memories over the last 15 years. It’s been fun,” said Sims, expressing appreciation to the Pascagoula community who embraced him. “I wish the program fair winds and following seas in its next chapter.”
@Coach_Sims_44 will leave Pascagoula as the longest tenured and winningest head football coach in the program’s 106 years history.
