@RComm3724@anchor Instead, they should begin to create a new ‘normal’ that is filled with promise and longevity. Adhere to your medication regimen and create a routine that brings balance to your body, mind and spirit. Living with HIV is no longer a death sentence
@RComm3724@anchor If you notice most of the people who are failing to live with the virus they always wish to could go back to their normal lives. So the advice I could give is to tell them to refrain from wishing for their ‘normal’ to return.
The aim of Living With HIV/AIDS podcast is to allow people who are affected by the virus to voice out about their status, to help them face stigma, to create more openness about the virus and lastly to able to live with it without fear.
