@IKEAUKSupport I live 10 mins from you. Why do I have to pay £39 for delivery of an item you don’t have in store? I’d rather pay more for the item & have free delivery. Why should I drive a 3hr round trip to click/collect store and also get charged for it? Not a happy customer.
